Got boss energy, know your way around a pub, and can keep your cool when the bar is deep and everyone wants a schooner at once

We’re on the hunt for a confident, fun Casual Duty Manager who knows how to run a great shift, lead a crew and keep the good times rolling

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- Current RSA & RCG
- Strong leadership skills — you can lead a team
- A cool head under pressure — even when the pub is absolutely pumping
- Great communication skills, a positive attitude and a good sense of humour
- Someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, jump behind the bar, transparent tables or stack a few chairs
- A problem solver who can make decisions,



handle tricky situations and still crack a smile
