Wesley Mission Queensland on the Gold Coast is seeking a Mental Health Recovery Worker to support individuals with severe mental illness in achieving personal recovery goals within the community.

You will deliver psychosocial supports, assess needs, and develop individual recovery plans in partnership with participants and stakeholders, while collaborating with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams.
