Look after the members of a private luxury wellness club

Our client is a leader in premium service. Its high-end members expect white glove care and a club that knows them by name. As a Member Experience Specialist with Acquire Intelligence you are the voice they hear when the club reaches out.

Your days are personalised check-in calls. You will reconnect with members whose visits have lapsed, welcome those approaching renewal and look after anyone who needs a hand with payments, always in the club's tone. You will learn what matters to each member, and share feedback with the club.

Training that includes time on site at the clubs, then regular support and development with your Team Leader

Competitive salary plus super, full time, 38 hours a week, and shift from 11:00am and 7:00pm

You will work from our office on Chapel Street, South Yarra, a five minute walk from South Yarra train station.



We are in one of Melbourne's busiest hubs, with endless shopping and food options

What you bring

At least two years in a client-facing luxury hospitality role, such as hotel guest services, concierge, front office, a private members club, premium retail or fine dining

A warm, natural voice and the confidence to hold an unscripted conversation with high-profile members

Excellent spoken andwrittenEnglish
