St John of God Geelong Hospital is seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership within a private hospital setting in Geelong, VIC. This permanent full time role focuses on safe, patient-centred care and staff development across medical/surgical, rehabilitation and allied services.

You will lead a diverse nursing team, drive governance and quality improvement, and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to optimise patient outcomes and staff
