Regis Home Care Blackburn South is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead care planning and client liaison across southeast Melbourne, Bayside and Mornington Peninsula. You will develop person-centred care plans, assess needs, and coordinate with health professionals, carers and families to support independence and safety at home.

You'll work as a senior member of the home care team, traveling to visit clients (a company car provided) and ensuring funding guidance is applied to achieve
