KD Community is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in the Northern Gold Coast area. You will support participants to live more independently, with a focus on dignity, safety and choice.

Responsibilities include personal care and hygiene, community access, life skills development, meal prep, shopping, and accompanying participants to appointments. You will work in a outstanding team and have opportunities for ongoing training.
