As a Business Analyst within the product team of our Digital Consulting practice, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring that technology products are designed, configured, and implemented to meet business needs. This role involves deep product knowledge, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate requirements into functional specifications within a fast-paced tech consulting environment.

You bring together cross-functional teams with capabilities in Strategy, Experience, Engineering, and Data, guiding them to develop compelling proposals and market-ready offerings with a strong customer focus. Working collaboratively, you oversee the creation of key deliverables such as functional requirements and business process maps while ensuring progress is tracked and communicated effectively.

You foster a positive team culture through coaching and mentoring, driving individual growth and high performance. By setting clear standards and measurable outcomes, you keep the team focused on delivering tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead client discovery and requirements sessions to understand business processes, customer needs, challenges and desired outcomes.




- Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows to guide solution delivery.
- Facilitate workshops, solution walkthroughs and demonstrations, creating alignment between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Build a robust understanding of product capabilities and roadmaps to shape scalable, user-centred solutions aligned with business needs and technical considerations.
- Identify gaps between business requirements and product functionality, recommending practical configuration options, solutions or enhancements.
- Collaborate across Strategy, Experience, Engineering, Data, Product and Architecture throughout design and delivery to ensure requirements are understood and effectively implemented.
- Support configuration, integration, testing and implementation, ensuring solutions meet agreed functional and business requirements.
- Produce high-quality BA artefacts and documentation to support effective delivery, governance and knowledge transfer.
- Build trusted client relationships, clearly communicating requirements, recommendations, risks, dependencies and key decisions.
- Support implementation readiness, change impact, training and adoption activities to enable successful business outcomes.
- Use client feedback,



product usage and delivery insights to identify optimisation, continuous improvement and product enhancement opportunities.
- Contribute to solution shaping, proposals and the development of reusable or market-relevant offerings.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment through knowledge sharing, coaching and collaboration.
- Stay current with relevant product developments, industry trends and emerging technologies, applying these insights to client opportunities and challenges.

Experience And Qualifications

- Minimum demonstrated of 5 years as a Business Analyst or Product Consultant in a tech consulting or product environment.
- Due to the nature of the role, Australian citizenship and a current Baseline security clearance are required.
- Strong understanding of SaaS/enterprise tech products (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, CRM, ERP, CX, analytics platforms).
- Experience translating business processes into product configurations.
- Proficiency in writing functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Desired Qualification

- Experience with APIs, integrations, and basic data concepts (not coding-heavy).
- Industry experience in Public Sector is highly desirable
- Certifications (Agile, Scrum, product‑specific certifications).
