Oscars Group is recruiting a Head Chef for Le Grand Grill, a current premium fine dining steakhouse opening at the Brighton Hotel – MGallery Collection precinct near Sydney. You will lead the opening culinary team, shape the menu, and set the standards that define our guest experience from day one.

This hands-on leadership role requires exceptional kitchen leadership, menu execution, cost control, staff development, and unwavering attention to quality, presentation and safety in a high-volume,
