Role Snap Shot
Opportunity for an energetic Senior Project Manager to join the Engineering and Project Management team with experience in land development and managing large residential subdivision projects (100 – 1,000 lots).
The Senior Project Manager is responsible the delivery of end to end project management services to clients across a range of land development and infrastructure projects.
How You Will Contribute
Managing all aspects of a variety of projects to ensure the overall process is aligned to support strategic objectives.
Monitoring and evaluating the progress of projects into status reports to be delivered to a variety of stakeholders.
Providing leadership for project teams by mentoring and motivating team members to meet project goals;
Contributing to the development of effective improvement strategies for the future direction of the business.
Building and fostering robust client relationships to secure repeat engagements and support expansion of future projects.
Our Ideal Person
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent;
Demonstrated experience in project management;
Strong customer and quality focus with an appreciation of our "relationships first" approach;
Ability to liaise with a wide variety of people, including government bodies, consultants, developers and clients - dispute resolution skills are essential;
Proven ability to deliver within time and budgetary controls;
You will have well developed communication skills, along with the ability to lead and motivate the entire project. This role will suit someone skilled at achieving results.
