OnePlace Trading Card Store in Port Macquarie is expanding to launch a café. You’ll design and launch the cafe from the ground up, including menu, suppliers, layout and day-to-day procedures, then run it your way.
When busy, you'll also serve on the shop floor, engaging customers who share your card hobby. You'll bring cafe startup experience, robust rostering and margin skills, and a Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
