Podium Corp Inc in Melbourne is seeking a senior Manager, Support & Operations to own how support work flows across our local and offshore teams and to lead Product Support Specialists in the Philippines and Pakistan from Melbourne.

This is a hands-on, senior role that combines people leadership with operational ownership. You’ll ensure tickets move through triage, escalation and resolution with transparent ownership and aligned CX, Product and Engineering across time zones.
