The Role

As the ultimate right-hand person to a leading sales agent, you will be responsible for ensuring every aspect of the business operates seamlessly while delivering a first-class experience to vendors and clients.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Acting as the key point of support to a highly successful sales agent
- Preparing impressive listing presentations, proposals and sales reports
- Coordinating marketing campaigns,



advertising and property launches
- Organising and attending property photoshoots
- Managing sales administration and keeping campaigns running smoothly
- Building exceptional relationships with vendors and ensuring they feel valued throughout the sales process
- Coordinating vendor gifts and personalised client experiences
- Proactively managing priorities, deadlines and day-to-day business operations
- Being one step ahead, anticipating needs and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is more than just organised - we want a superstar who takes pride in their work, loves delivering exceptional service and can confidently take the reins

- Previous experience in real estate sales administration, EA, CSM or business management
- Impeccable presentation with a warm, engaging and professional personality
- Exceptional organisation, time management and attention to detail
- Confidence to work independently without needing constant direction
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to think two steps ahead
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
- Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
