Galderma is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst/Manager to support sales activities and customer relationships from North Sydney, with 1 day per week WFH. You will drive data-driven decisions, reporting, and training for the grocery sales team in a dynamic dermatology environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales force effectiveness or analytics, solid Excel/Power BI skills, and CRM experience (Salesforce/Veeva). Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
