Crazy Parts is a leading Australian supplier of mobile phone spare parts, serving around 3,000 repair-shop customers nationwide. We are now looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our sales team — winning new customers, growing our existing repair-shop and wholesale accounts, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

Prospect and win new repair-shop, retail and wholesale customers in your assigned territory

Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, increasing repeat orders and share of wallet

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Visit customers regularly to present products and solutions and gather customer feedback and market intelligence

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity

Work with internal teams to ensure quality, delivery and service meet customer expectations

About you

Understanding of the mobile phone parts industry, or sales experience in a similar industry

Excellent communication,



presentation and negotiation skills

Results-driven, self-motivated and able to work autonomously

Able to prospect, present, propose and close — and to contact prospects and customers every day

Valid Australian driver's licence (customer visits required)

Willing to travel as required — the role involves business travel

Eligible to work in Australia

What We Offer

Full time: $75,000 per year + Superannuation + Commission

Casual: $35 per hour base + 25% casual loading ($43.75 per hour in total) + Superannuation, up to 32 hours per week

6-month probation period, the same for full-time and casual (no commission during probation; commission applies after probation)
