Health and Community Services Directorate in Canberra is seeking a Practice Leader, Capability Development to guide workforce capability initiatives across Children, Youth and Families (CYF). You will identify best practice and drive improvements in policy, procedures, and service delivery.

The role involves leading staff induction, training programs, coaching and mentoring, and providing practice support to strengthen the quality and consistency of CYF practice.
