What you'll be doing

At Sunshine Toyota, no two days will look quite the same As our Marketing Coordinator you'll be involved in a diverse mix of creative, digital and hands-on marketing activities, including:

Content & Social Media: create engaging content for our social media channels, from eye-catching posts to short-form videos and reels.

Content Shoots: plan, coordinate and get hands-on with photo and video shoots on location, capturing everything from our latest vehicles and dealership events to behind-the-scenes moments and team content.

Digital Marketing: assist in the execution of our digital campaigns including website updates, email marketing, CRM journeys and digital promotions.

Campaign Coordination: help bring exciting marketing campaigns, new vehicle launches and dealership promotions to life.

Events & Activations: assist in planning and delivering dealership events,



community partnerships and local activations.

Brand & Creative: design and coordinate marketing materials, ensuring all creative work reflects the Sunshine Toyota brand and personality.

Performance & Insights: track campaign results, identify opportunities and help our marketing activity continuously improve.

Team Collaboration: work closely with our sales, service, parts and leadership teams to turn great ideas into great results.

What you'll bring

Reporting directly to our Marketing Manager, we're looking for someone who combines creativity with initiative, has a robust eye for detail and is confident working both independently and as part of a team.

You'll have:

- 1-2 years experience in a marketing, social media, content creation or similar role.
- Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications or a related field.
- A natural flair for creating engaging content and telling stories.
- Confidence using social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe, Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite or similar marketing platforms.
- Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Great organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines at once.
- A proactive,



positive attitude and a willingness to learn on the job.
- A genuine passion for marketing, creativity and connecting with people.
- Experience in photography, videography, video editing, paid digital advertising or the automotive industry would be highly regarded.
- Above all, we're looking for someone who brings initiative, creativity and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering great marketing.
