Victory Lutheran College is seeking a Junior ICT Support Officer to join our ICT team. This is a great chance for someone at the beginning of their ICT career who enjoys technology, problem-solving and helping others.

Working across our College environment, you will gain practical experience supporting a wide range of users, devices and systems while developing your technical skills as part of an experienced team. The role provides Level 1 technical support to staff, students and, at times, parents, and assists with the day-to-day operation of the College's ICT services.

A current Victorian Employee Working with Children Check and National Police Check is required for this role.

About the role

No two days in a school ICT environment are quite the same. You'll be involved in a broad range of practical ICT support, including:

- Providing Level 1 technical support and responding to helpdesk requests
- Setting up and maintaining laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices
- Installing, updating and troubleshooting software
- Assisting with user accounts, password resets and onboarding
- Supporting Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud and College systems
- Troubleshooting classroom and meeting-room audiovisual equipment
- Assisting with hardware inventory, software licences, warranty and repair claims
- Creating user guides and helping staff confidently use ICT systems
- Supporting the rollout of new technology and system upgrades
- Providing ICT support for College events, assemblies and presentations.

A Certificate III in an ICT field, or working towards one, is preferred, making this a particularly suitable opportunity for someone starting or developing their ICT career.
