Governor's Lodge is seeking an experienced, hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead teams across Bailey's Restaurant, Boatshed, Lounge Bar and Moffy's Pizza & Pasta, together with off-site dining operations three days a week. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee daily food and beverage operations, deliver welcoming and qualified service, and develop a confident, capable team.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily food and beverage operations across multiple venues

Deliver welcoming and professional service

Develop a confident, capable team

Work closely with kitchen teams to coordinate service across venues

Manage rosters and labour costs

Identify opportunities to grow sales and enhance the guest experience





Lead by example and communicate clearly

Be actively involved in service

About you

Experience managing multiple hospitality outlets

Strong organisational skills

Practical approach to team development

Hands-on leadership style

12-month contract with possibility of extension

Car provided for use throughout the contract

Contribution towards the cost of a rental property

Temporary accommodation arranged while a suitable rental property is secured
