Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead and improve our WHS approach across Australia. You will work with leaders to ensure compliance, foster a proactive safety culture, and guide incident investigations and risk management.

Reporting into the Chief People Officer, you will oversee WHS framework development, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement while promoting wellbeing and psychological safety across the organisation.
