With over 30 years of excellence in seafood production, our client is renowned for delivering top-quality products. We have an exciting chance for experienced process workers to join the team in Lidcombe.

Hours: 5am till 1pm Monday to Friday
Payrate: $33.52

About the role

As part of our team, your main duties will include:

- Sorting, grading, trimming, washing and weighing seafood
- Loading, packing and moving fresh and frozen inventory
- Processing raw materials and preparing packing materials
- Printing labels and stacking pallets
- Recording and maintaining accurate documentation
- Cleaning equipment and maintaining hygiene standards
- Removing waste and rubbish
- Supporting general production tasks as required

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

- Previous food manufacturing experience an advantage but full training will be provided




- Strong hygiene standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and stay focused on production tasks
- Reliable team player who works efficiently and accurately
- Availability for Monday to Friday and flexibility for short notice shifts
