A Contract Administrator is sought by an established Tier 3 Builder in Western Sydney, to work on commercial, hospitality and government construction projects in the $1 - 10 million range.

Working for an established commercial tier 3 builder, trading for 40 years

Working under a PM with projects ranging to $10 million on average

Initial project will be a $5 million sports/ recreation construction project

$100k to $130k package

You will have:

A Construction Management Degree or similar

2 years minimum previous project coordination or contracts administration experience with a Principal Commercial Contractor in Sydney is essential, on construction projects over $2 million.

Experience with procurement, letting contracts, claims, variations, final accounts, sub contractor payments

Procore experience is essential

A steady career history and proven CA background required

excellent english and communication skills
