Reporting to the Services Manager, your role as a Resource Coordinator will encompass the following duties:

- Resource Management: Allocation of resources including personnel, vehicles to projects based on requirements, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
- Coordination: Work closely with department heads to forecast resource needs and develop comprehensive resource allocation plans.
- Maintaining schedules, personnel rosters and crew database
- Communication: Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding work schedules and labour requirements
- Tracking and reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

About You





Previous experience gained in a Resource Coordination role or similar role within the Mining and Resource industry.

- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing a workforce
- Ability to Plan, use initiative and critical thinking
- Forecast 16wks ahead
- Adaptable to Change
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and general administration skills across Microsoft
- Strong Excel Skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Team player and capable of working autonomously
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Mining systems experience, ERMS, SPEAR, Roster Manager, Pegasus – desirable
