IKAD is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler / Planner to join our growing team in Henderson. You'll develop, maintain and monitor integrated project, production and maintenance schedules across engineering, fabrication, marine and Defence projects, using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project to keep work on track.

- Develop and maintain integrated project, production and maintenance schedules
- Monitor progress and report performance using S-curves
- Plan production sequencing and resource allocation across the workshop
- Run critical path analysis and flag scheduling risks early
- Integrate schedule performance with cost reporting using EVMS
- Work with project, engineering and workshop teams on competing priorities
- 3–5 years' scheduling or planning, ideally in fabrication, marine or Defence
- Robust understanding of project controls and production sequencing




- Proven experience building detailed integrated project schedules
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Full working rights in Australia
- Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project proficiency
- Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) experience
- Defence supply chain experience, ideally naval shipbuilding or sustainment
- Knowledge of shipbuilding methods and fabrication sequencing
