Currently recruiting a full-time Banquets & Conference Supervisor

About Us

The Brisbane Airport Hotels Group encompasses the Pullman, Novotel and ibis Brisbane Airport Hotels, as well as the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. With 532 guest rooms, 3 restaurants, Rooftop Event Space, Executive Lounge, and 17 meeting spaces. Located at the Brisbane Airport precinct.

About the role

Provide courteous, efficient andprofessional serviceto exceed guest expectations.

Build and develop professional relationships with all clients and ensuring that conference centre facilities and services are promoted to prospective clients.

Supervise day to day Conference requirements.

Ensure that conference centre premises are maintained, presentable and clean at all times.





Completes administrative duties in a timely manner with attention to detail.

Assist in managing food & beverage, dry goods and supply stocks and ordering whilst meeting expenditure budgets.

About You

A valid RSA & Food safety certificate is essential.

Excellence in customer service, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

A can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Excellent grooming and presentation.

The ability &flexibility; to workacross a 7-day workingenvironment, including weekends and publicholidays.

Previous experience within a conference & hotel environment is preferable, however not essential.
