Onboard and Manage IT Vendor Relationships - $660 a day + super

About the role

This role will focus on supplier management, contract management and vendor onboarding, supporting an established panel of approximately 30 software suppliers, with a further 30 suppliers expected to be onboarded as the program expands.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate supplier onboarding activities for approximately 30 existing vendors
- Support supplier and contract management activities, ensuring vendors meet agreed SLAs
- Manage supplier relationships, track onboarding progress, resolve issues
- Work with technical teams to coordinate supplier integration requirements

About you

- Demonstrated experience in supplier management, vendor management and contract management within an IT or technology environment
- Proven experience coordinating supplier onboarding and managing multiple vendors simultaneously
- Strong understanding of IT service delivery, SaaS solutions, supplier agreements
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience within Victorian Government or a complex multi-vendor setting will be highly regarded
