CSR Limited is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support NSW Operations across sites such as Wetherill Park and Hebel Somersby. This permanent, hands-on role partners with site leaders to drive people outcomes in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.

You will lead employee and industrial relations, workforce planning and provide guidance on modern awards and Enterprise Agreements, while coaching leaders to build high-performing teams across a dispersed NSW network.
