We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join the Allshelter team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people and wants to build their career in sales. You don’t need to come in knowing everything about our industry — what matters is that you’re confident picking up the phone, naturally curious, comfortable asking questions and motivated by turning conversations into opportunities.

You’ll be the person opening doors for our Sales team — reconnecting with existing contacts, finding the right people to speak with,



researching upcoming projects and starting conversations with potential customers.

What you’ll be doing

Your day will be focused on finding and developing new sales opportunities. You’ll:

- Make outbound calls and start conversations with potential customers.
- Work through existing CRM contacts and prospect databases to uncover opportunities.
- Research upcoming projects and identify the organisations and people involved.
- Find key decision-makers and build recent contacts within target businesses.
- Ask the right questions to understand potential customer needs and projects.
