Hype DC Miranda is seeking an ambitious Assistant Store Manager to lead day-to-day store success. You will work with the Store Manager and Area Manager to build a high-performance culture, coach a passionate team and drive commercial results in a premium sneaker retail workplace.

You’ll lead recruitment, store operations, and visual merchandising while delivering a seamless omnichannel experience for customers. Take ownership, mentor staff and elevate the Miranda store to the next level.
