Altura Learning is seeking a commercially minded HR Generalist to own the people and culture function within a small, purpose-driven business. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll partner with leadership, influence people decisions and translate ideas into action across recruitment, onboarding, performance and employee relations.

You’ll manage day-to-day HR, navigate change, drive workforce planning and ensure policies run smoothly.
