Team Overview

Our litigation and dispute resolution team provide focussed,strategic, and cost-effective litigation and dispute resolutionservices. With a strong client base, the team recognises thatunderstanding their client's businesses and objectives is criticalto providing advice on how the litigation and dispute resolutionprocess can be controlled to achieve desired outcomes.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate commercial litigator with 2 - 4years' post admission experience to join our established litigationand dispute resolution practice group. You will be working withhighly regarded principals and lawyers across a range of complexand challenging commercial litigation, insolvency, and businessadvice matters. You will be a lawyer who prides themselves on theircommitment, resilience, and attention to detail skills.

Skills and Experience

- 2 - 4 years' post admission experience in commerciallitigation
- Knowledge of the Corporations Act
- Ability to manage a busy workload and work to tightdeadlines




- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A strong client focus with the ability to build andmaintain strong client relationship
- A commercial approach and ability to articulate andnegotiate effectively
- Ability to relate to people at all levels and effectivelywork in a team
- Practical and client focused problem-solving skills;and
