About the Role

You will be working across a variety of new construction plumbing projects (multi-residential and/or commercial), completing work independently while collaborating with a skilled team. This role offers consistent hours, variety of work, and genuine opportunities for career progression and leadership development. Experience on Class 2 Building sites and experience leading teams highly regarded. Experience operating machinery on live construction sites—particularly for trenching, service installation, and detailed excavation around existing services—will be highly regarded,



with opportunities to utilise these skills regularly on our projects.

What We’re Looking For

Certificate III in Plumbing

Minimum 2 years post-trade experience

Experience in new construction plumbing (multi-residential or commercial preferred)

Ability to read and interpret plans at an intermediate level, including Long sections

Strong workmanship with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and problem-solve confidently

Driver’s licence and reliable transport

Complete tool kit or willingness to obtain

Comfortable using technology (uploading photos and job notes to online systems)

Qualified presentation and ability to maintain positive client relationships

Commitment to maintaining vehicles, tools, and equipment

Ability to complete Deck Set Outs or in ground setouts- or willingness to learn
