About the role

This role will require you to support our clients and advisers in a paraplanning and client service role within our business, which includes:

- Assisting the team in preparing for client meeting presentations
- Assistance with the implementation of SOA/ ROAs and co ordinating the advice documentation process, including transacting on client portfolios and maintenance of client file




- Assisting advisors in client meetings (face to face and online)
- All aspects of customer service with both clients and intermediaries
- Working within a team and for management on key projects and initiatives

The Successful candidate

We are seeking a motivated individual who:

- Has previous experience in Paraplanning at a senior level (essential)
- Experience using XPLAN (preferred)
- Displays exceptional communication skills, professional presentation and a passion for advice, quality, accuracy and timelines.
- Possesses a high attention to detail and the ability to work well both in a team and individually
