We’re looking for a Head of Housekeeping who is experienced in keeping a large, busy hotel clean.

About the Role

You’ll head up a crew, responsible for keeping guest rooms, common areas and the tavern looking immaculate.

What You’ll Do

- Take responsiblity for keeping a rotating roster of hotel rooms to a high level of cleanliness

- Clean but also be able to manage a housekeeping team to support you

- Clean and reset guest rooms to high standards

- Restock towels, toiletries and amenities

- Maintain tavern and common areas

- Report maintenance issues and ensure matters are rectified

- Meet daily room targets efficiently

- Follow all hygiene and WHS protocols





- Support your team and bring a positive vibe

- Coorindate sheet and stock ordering as required

What You’ll Bring

- Several years of managing or being a senior member of busy housekeeping team in a hotel environment

- Proven eye for detail

- Physical fitness (lifting up to 10kg)

- Reliability, punctuality and flexibility

- Excellent time management

- Friendly communication and professional attitude

- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Knowledge of cleaning best practices and WHS

- Initiative and a can‑do attitude
