About the role

On a day-to-day basis, you'll manage stock levels and place orders to keep inventory flowing. You'll also work closely with sales reps to source new products and introduce new suppliers. The role will also be responsible for:

- Monitoring inventory and generating reports
- Processing purchase orders and stock transfers
- Applying supplier deals and promotional pricing
- Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate product and pricing data
- Supporting admin tasks and branch operations
- Representing Bidfood with a professional, solutions-focused approach

About you

While previous purchasing experience is preferred, we're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working with numbers and systems. You're a clear communicator who enjoys being part of a team, can juggle multiple tasks and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident working with numbers and data
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organised and able to prioritise tasks
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning new tools
- Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- NSW Police Clearance Certificate (essential)




- Experience in a stock-focused job or fast-paced workplace will be highly regarded
