Journey Early Learning Dakabin is seeking an Educational Leader to guide educational practice and mentor educators within our 105‑place centre. You will lead curriculum development, foster reflective practice and support staff growth to deliver high‑quality learning experiences for children.

You will work with the Centre Manager to implement EYLF and NQS standards, drive continuous improvement and contribute to the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan.
