The Role

We’re looking for a driven, detail-focused Marketing Executive to work directly with our Director, delivering marketing activity across a portfolio of clients.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who can turn strategy into action. You’ll coordinate campaigns from brief to launch, manage CRM and digital channels, and work with designers, developers and suppliers to deliver work on time and to a high standard.

What You’ll Do

Campaign & Content Delivery

- Plan, coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across client accounts
- Write and edit copy for EDMs, social, web, ads and collateral
- Manage content calendars and schedule social and digital content
- Ensure all work aligns with each client’s brand and strategy

CRM, Digital & Paid Media

- Build and manage CRM workflows, automations and nurture campaigns
- Set up, monitor and optimise paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)




- Track performance and prepare campaign reports with clear insights
- Support SEO, website updates and landing page builds
- Brief and liaise with designers, developers, videographers and suppliers
- Prepare for client meetings, including agendas and briefing notes
- Create and maintain client WIP documents
- Prepare WIP summaries and action lists for clients
- Track deadlines, deliverables and outstanding actions
- Maintain organised project files, briefs and workflows
- Flag roadblocks early and work with the Director to resolve them

AI & Systems

- Use AI tools (including Claude and Pocket AI) to improve workflows and output
- Help refine agency systems and processes as we grow

Who We’re Looking For

Someone with 2–4 years’ marketing experience, agency or in-house, who is organised, proactive and commercially minded. You can manage multiple clients and priorities at once, take direction well and deliver polished work without being chased.

You’ll have strong writing skills, an eye for detail and a genuine interest in AI, with a willingness to learn current tools and ways of working.

Highly Advantageous

Experience in any of the below:

- CRM workflows, automation and nurture campaigns
- Paid media (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
- SEO, website updates and landing page builds
- The property or finance industries
- Design (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or Photoshop)
