Cultura is seeking a General Manager, Care Services to provide strategic and operational leadership across our aged care and community care portfolio in Geelong. You will drive service excellence, regulatory compliance, and workforce performance reporting to the CEO.

Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and build robust partnerships with clients, families, government bodies and partner organisations. AHPRA registration (nursing or allied health) is essential for this role.
