SustainHealth are rapidly growing our service offering and are looking for a Healthcare Recruitment Candidate Coordinator/ Generator, to work in our fun and energetic Sydney CBD office space with flexible working arrangements available. The Role:

- Build, support and develop relationship between and candidates and our clients / your fellow consultants




- Generate candidate interest for vacant positions and coordinate their placements throughout Australia
- Daily team collaboration, work closely with senior recruitment consultants
- Manage and build a busy candidate portfolio in healthcare recruitment
- Work closely with the compliance, brand management and marketing teams to build your candidate network
- Work with a very supportive, collaborative team and managers
- Consistently deliver the values and vision of the SustainHealth brand
- Ensure 100% compliance of all candidates by working with the compliance and support team

About You:

- Ability to work in a highly competitive environment requires an individual who can work autonomously and under pressure
- Healthcare recruitment or recruitment experience is highly desirable
- You will be a strong, confident and assertive communicator across all mediums
- Strong organisational planning and time management skills required
