Ivory Group is seeking an HR qualified to join our Sydney CBD team. You will own key HR functions from day one, working with senior leaders to recruit, onboard, train, and develop staff in a fast-paced environment.

You will implement HR policies, manage contracts, and drive performance initiatives while collaborating with our Associate Director of HR and Head of Operations. A HR degree is essential, and a strong, energetic mindset is expected.
