Projects Solicitor + Senior Associate - Future Energy Team

We are seeking a Solicitor and a Senior Associate to join our dynamic Sydney future energy team.

You will be involved in a range of work across the energy transition. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on energy markets, energy reform, project and infrastructure development, energy M&A; and project financing transactions for energy assets, and be involved in regulatory advice and market design across the sector. The team works with a range of clients, including developers, investors, banks, governments, regulators and market operators.

Our team is at the forefront of the energy transition, working on some of the most significant transactions and regulatory reforms. In this role you will work closely with key partners who advise on transactions across the energy transition, sustainability and infrastructure sectors.

You will have

- a passion for future energy and the energy transition
- a willingness to be challenged, and think creatively and laterally
- previous experience in a similar role




- excellent analytical and communication skills to contribute to the delivery of prompt and commercially astute advice
- team focus to facilitate effective teamwork by developing solid internal relationships
