The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Pastry Chef's to join the team at NOMAD Sydney. Working alongside experienced chefs in one of Sydney's most celebrated dining rooms, you’ll contribute to a pastry offering that celebrates exceptional seasonal produce, technical excellence and thoughtful execution. This is an opportunity to develop yourself within a collaborative, high-performing kitchen committed to quality and continuous improvement.

Our ideal candidate will have

- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Pastry Chef in a premium or hatted restaurant.
- Strong technical pastry skills with experience across plated desserts, preparation and service.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced service environment.




- The drive to continually learn, develop and contribute to a culture of excellence.
