The French Exit in Brisbane is seeking a skilled Demi Chef to join our kitchen team, delivering refined French bistro dishes with consistency and care.

You will work closely with the Sous Chef and kitchen team, maintaining mise en place, supporting service during busy periods, and bringing a cooperative, positive attitude to the kitchen. Casual availability across a rotating roster, 9:00am–midnight, including evenings and weekends.
