We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and customer-focused Weekend Receptionist to join our supportive, resident-centred team. Commencing in early November 2026, you will play an key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for residents, families, visitors, and team members, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our reception area.

About The Role

As the first point of contact for residents, families, staff, and visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. You will be responsible for delivering a full range of frontdesk and administrative support, ensuring all enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently. This role requires a highly organised individual who is comfortable learning new systems, maintains discretion,



and communicates effectively with a wide range of people.

Key Responsibilities

Experience in aged care or healthcare is highly desirable.

- Provide highquality customer service for all enquiries
- Manage reception duties including phone, email, and facetoface communication
- Deliver general administrative support across the residence
- Assist residents, families, and staff with information and requests
- Maintain a welcoming and professional reception environment
