Job Description

Our client, DB MECHANICAL AND TYRES PTY LTD, is looking for an experienced Motor Mechanic to support its vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair operations. Job Title: Motor Mechanic- Full time - Permanent

Salary: $75000 - $85000 per annum + super Responsibility: Diagnosing, servicing and repairing motor vehicles and their mechanical components.

Location: 5/25 E Owen St, Raceview, QLD, 4305 Duties: Diagnoses mechanical and electrical faults in vehicles;

Services and maintains engines, brakes, steering, suspension and transmission systems; Inspects, repairs and replaces worn or defective vehicle components; Performs scheduled servicing, oil changes, lubrication and tune-ups;





Uses computerised diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle faults; Tests and adjusts vehicles after repairs to ensure proper performance; Follows manufacturer specifications and relevant service manuals;

Maintains proper records of servicing and repair work; Maintains a clean, organised and protected workshop. Qualification:

AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV in Automotive/Vehicle Mechanical Technology or a related field; 1-3 years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications;

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
