Myndshift Group have been engaged by our client partner, a national mining company with a strong presence across Australia's major resource projects. We are currently seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join the production team on a labour hire basis at a large-scale open-cut operation near Glenden, Central Queensland.

About the Role

This hands-on production role will see you working across multiple pits on site, operating a range of equipment to support production targets within a high-performing mining team where safety, teamwork and reliability are key.

Equipment across site includes:

- Haul Trucks: CAT 793
- Loaders: Komatsu 600, 900
- Dozers: CAT D9, D10, D11
- Graders: CAT 24M,

About You:

- Demonstrated experience in open-pit mining operations
- Proven operating experience across haul trucks, loaders, dozers, graders, loaders
- Robust safety mindset and ability to follow site procedures
- Ability to work both independently and within a production team

Onboarding Requirements:

- Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical
- Valid RII competencies and/or Training Transcripts for relevant machinery
- Current National Police Check
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
