About the Role

Working closely with our Key Account Managers, you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support to help deliver outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Key Account Managers with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Communicate with clients and cleaning teams to assist with day-to-day enquiries.
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
- Help coordinate cleaning services and follow up on client requests.
- Monitor service delivery and assist with resolving issues promptly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.

About You

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.




- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to multitask.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in account management (preferred) administration, customer service, facilities management, or commercial cleaning is an advantage.
