Role Description This is a full-time Account Executive role based in Rowville, VIC, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home.

The Account

Executive will manage a portfolio of clients, build strong relationships, and act as a primary contact for IT professional services engagements. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, coordinating with delivery teams, and ensuring that solutions meet client requirements and expectations. The role involves managing the sales cycle from prospecting through to closing, maintaining accurate CRM records, and providing regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

The Account

Executive will also collaborate with technical staff to scope projects, support contract negotiations, and contribute to revenue growth and customer retention.

Qualifications

- Robust account management and client relationship skills, including experience managing a portfolio of business customers.
- Proven sales and business development capabilities, such as prospecting,



qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
- Solid understanding of IT services, solutions, and project delivery models, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with confident stakeholder engagement at multiple levels.
- Effective organizational and time management abilities, including pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM usage.
- Collaborative mindset, with experience working alongside technical, project, and operations teams to deliver customer outcomes.
- Prior experience in IT consulting, managed services, or professional services sales is highly beneficial.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid workplace, maintaining productivity and communication both on-site in Rowville, VIC and from home.
