About the Role

We are seeking a professional, organised, and detail-oriented Admin Officer.

Some travel to our regional businesses could be required from time to time.

This varied role supports the day-to-day administration of the multi-site business, including:

- Reception duties and customer enquiries.
- Accounts administration, invoicing, and banking.
- Daily banking and account reconciliations.
- Maintaining records, filing systems, and documentation.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers,



and internal departments.

About You

- Previous experience in the Crash / Collision repair industry will be highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative priorities and meet deadlines.
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, or reconciliation experience.
- A professional and customer-focused approach.
- Current driver's license.
