ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking an experienced and reliable Administration / Accounts Payable Officer to provide efficient day-to-day support for our national company.

We are looking for someone with a high level of customer service skills, as well as the ability to learn quickly, and demonstrate a willingness to undertake any task at hand. This includes having excellent problem solving and time management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Accounts Payable
- Data entry
- General administration and office support
- Processing of documentation accurately and efficiently within required timeframes
- Answering telephones, responding to email enquiries and meeting customers
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence ensuring timely responses, appropriate follow up, escalations and preparing outgoing correspondence as required
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are met
- Facilitate flow of information between sales, operations, administration and management
- Other duties as requested

ABOUT YOU

- Experience with TechOne, (desired but not essential)
- High level computer literacy with skills in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to interpret and analyse data




- Experience in end to end Accounts Payable is desirable
- A commitment to providing customer service of the highest standard
- Excellent communication skills both verbally & written.
- Multi-task and able perform duties in a fast-paced and varied role
- Self-motivated, team player who is reliable with a strong work ethic
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Work well within a team environment with the ability to work autonomously
- Maintaining a positive work ethic and confidentiality

REQUIREMENTS

- Previous experience in Accounts Payable
- Medium level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- To be successful, you must have current full Australian working rights
