Pello is a modern, independent agency across Sydney’s North. We’re redefining what real estate can be, and we’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our Property Management team.

We want someone organised, proactive and driven, with a solid property management background and the ambition to keep growing. You’ll work with highly skilled professionals across sales and property management in a team that works as one. You’ll also have strong systems, a dedicated back-office team and ongoing training behind you.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords through regular, proactive communication

Coordinating maintenance and repairs to keep properties in optimal condition

Conducting routine inspections and ensuring compliance with current legislation

Carrying out rent reviews and managing rent arrears

Completing and lodging bond lodgements, claims and transfers

Organising and conducting vacate and final inspections





To be successful in this role, you will bring:

3–5 years’ experience in a property management role

Strong organisational skills and the flexibility to manage a diverse range of tasks

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Immaculate professional presentation

Initiative and a proactive approach to your work

Exceptional attention to detail

A strong work ethic and commitment to excellence

An openness to ongoing training and continuous improvement

A current NSW driver licence and reliable vehicle
